This notice explains how Doxprint LLC (“Doxprint,” “we”) handles information you provide when you apply for a job through doxprint.com. It covers job applications only. Our Privacy Policy covers other uses of the website.
Information we collect
Your name, email address and phone number; your resume, cover letter and any links you provide; the job you applied for and the date; and basic technical information needed to deliver the form securely, such as your IP address, used for spam prevention. Please do not include sensitive information, such as government ID numbers, health details or date of birth, in your resume.
How we use it
To review your qualifications, contact you about this and similar openings, schedule interviews, keep records of our hiring decisions, and meet our legal obligations. We do not use automated systems to make hiring decisions.
Who can see it
Only Doxprint staff involved in hiring. Our website host and email provider store the information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell or share your information for advertising. We may disclose it if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Applications and resumes are deleted automatically one year after you submit them, unless you are hired, in which case they become part of your employment records, or unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
How we protect it
Resumes are stored in a private location that cannot be reached from the public website. Only authorized administrators can open them, and the connection to the site is encrypted.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct or delete your application, or withdraw it, by emailing hr@doxprint.com. We will respond within 30 days. Withdrawing ends your consideration for the position.
Applicants outside New Mexico
Some states give applicants additional privacy rights. [Confirm whether Doxprint is covered by the California Consumer Privacy Act or other state laws where it hires; if so, add the required notice here.]
Changes
If we update this notice, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
